Immediately report the accident to Beneficial Adjusting Co. by phone and/or visit our Hagatna office and fill out the accident forms.

 

You will also need to:

 

• Provide a Police Report
• Provide a copy of the vehicle’s registration and your driver’s license.
• Provide Two (2) repair estimates and submit them to our office.

Alpha Insurers offers home, auto, commercial, and marine cargo insurance. We also offer bonding, specializing in construction bonds.

We currently do not offer health insurance.

1. Mail – Send a check with your monthly bill in the mail.
2. Walk-in – Make a payment at any of our convenient locations in Hagatna or Upper Tumon.
3. Payroll Deduction – Set up payments to be automatically deducted from your paycheck each month.
   • We accept GovGuam payroll deductions.
4. You can pay for your insurance policy with the following:

• Vehicle registration and ownership, or bill of sale for newly purchased vehicles (registration needs to be submitted later). If second-hand vehicle(s), the reverse side of ownership has to be signed by the original owner.
• Driver’s license for owner(s) and all other driver(s)
• Safety Inspection
• Traffic court clearance from Superior Court
• No Claims Letter from previous insurance company, if applicable.

There is a standard tariff insurance rate for all Guam insurance companies. From that standard rate, your driving record, claims experience, type of vehicle, and driver classification (which includes age, gender, and other factors) determine your annual insurance rate.

No, if you are currently a customer, to add a driver to your policy, you would need to bring in a copy of his/her driver’s license. To add a vehicle, you need to submit a copy of the registration stating that the vehicle is registered under your name. However, if you just purchased the vehicle from a dealership, you would need to submit a copy of the bill of sale. If you purchased the vehicle from another person, you need to submit a copy of the ownership signed by the former owner.

A deductible is a part of the insurance policy that the customer agrees to self-pay. If a customer files a claim, the customer must meet the deductible stated in the insurance policy upfront before the insurance begins to pay.
