Should you suffer an unfortunate incident with your insured property, please follow these simple steps:


For Automobile Collision or Property Damage:
  1. If there are any injuries requiring immediate medical treatment, please call 911, and also contact the closest Guam Police Department precinct. Please try to not move any of the vehicle’s that may have been involved in the incident prior to the arrival of a police officer. If you can safely take photos of the scene of the accident & of the vehicles involved in the incident, feel free to do so. Try to check if there were any witnesses.
  2. Visit the Beneficial Adjusting Co. in Hagatna, call us at 477-1568/9, or email us at claims@alphainsurers.com to inform us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE of any incident that may have occurred with your insured property.
  3. Provide a Police Report.
  4. Provide a copy of the Vehicle’s Registration, along with the vehicle owner’s and driver’s Driver’s License.
  5. Provide a Repair Estimate from your selected body shop and submit them to our office. Additional items (if necessary):
    • Letter of Authorization or Power of Attorney (if the driver is not the owner of vehicle)
    • Location of Vehicle
    • Towing Authorization & Receipts (if any)
    • Rental Car Agreements & Receipts (if any)

Comprehensive/Stolen Vehicle:
  1. Contact the closest Guam Police Department precinct as soon as the incident has occurred. Please try to not move the vehicle involved in the incident prior to the arrival of a police officer. If you can safely take photos of the scene of the accident & of the vehicle involved in the incident, feel free to do so. Try to check if there were any witnesses.
  2. Immediately report the incident to Beneficial Adjusting Co.
  3. Provide a Police Report.
  4. Provide a copy of the Vehicle’s Registration and the owner’s Driver’s License.
  5. Certificate Of Ownership (Loan Payoff Balance). Additional items (if necessary):
    • Location of Vehicle
    • Repair Estimate
    • All keys to the vehicle
